Because we operate under Canadian law, copyright complaints are handled under Canada's "notice and notice" regime (Copyright Act, ss. 41.25–41.27) rather than the United States' DMCA notice-and-takedown process. We do not maintain a registered DMCA designated agent under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
