sensemakingwith.ai is a collaborative platform for strategic thinking — a growing library of proven frameworks (SWOT, Wardley Mapping, Cynefin, OKRs, Pre-mortem, and many more) built for human + AI collaboration in real time.

We make tools that help teams think more clearly and decide more confidently — frameworks that have been around for decades, finally with proper software support and AI integration.

Why these frameworks

Strategic-thinking frameworks (SWOT, Wardley, Cynefin, etc.) have been used for years on whiteboards, in slide decks, and in scattered documents. They're the right cognitive scaffolding for a lot of decisions — but the tools haven't kept up. Most software either doesn't know what these frameworks are or treats them as throwaway diagrams.

We're building the dedicated home for this kind of thinking: live collaboration, version history, AI integration via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and a consistent vocabulary across every framework.

Who we are

We're a small team. We respond to support requests directly, we ship continuously, and we listen to user feedback closely. If you have ideas about how a framework should work, or you've noticed something that's broken or unclear, we'd like to hear it.

Open standards

The frameworks themselves are open knowledge. Wherever it makes sense, we lean on open standards: MCP for AI integration and Cloudflare for global infrastructure. We don't lock content into proprietary formats — every framework's content can be exported.
