We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep sensemakingwith.ai fast and available. The Service runs on best-of-breed infrastructure — Cloudflare's global edge network (Workers, Durable Objects, and D1) — which provides resilient, geographically distributed hosting with no single point of failure.
No uptime guarantee or service credits
The Service is provided on an "as-is, as-available" basis, as described in our Terms of Service. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime percentage or service credits. We aim to announce planned maintenance in advance where practical.
Support
We respond to support requests using commercially reasonable efforts, prioritizing issues that affect availability or your data. There is no committed response-time guarantee on self-serve plans.
Status
We publish incident and availability information at status.sensemakingwith.ai (planned).
